If the case that you can not download the product though you've finished the procedure for purchase, the cause is that "ActiveX" on your blowser is not activated in most cases. Please activate it and try to re-download according to the mail sent from DLsite.com.
(- "DLsite.com members" can re-download without limit on "My page".)

A. Please re-download the work on DLsite.com "My page".(only DLsite.com members)

In above cases, protected files can't work as written in protection details page basically, but DLsite.com members can play it again by re-download. Please log-in "My page" and re-download the work. So it recommends to register their membership before purchase the items.(registration is free.)

Q. The error occurs "There is no file - set.ini".

A. Please put the "set(_ksm).ini" in the same folder.

It can't work only by the game file. Please put the "set(_ksm).ini" in the same folder.

In other cases, this error is caused that "set.ini" is renamed compulsorily by some security softwares.(ex.anti virus or spyware tools)
It would work if you rename again correctly "set.ini" or stop these softwares temporarily.

The file name has been changed "set_ksm.ini" in the latest version.

A. Please replace the "set(_ksm).bak" file.

"set(_ksm).ini" file is broken. Please rename and replace "set(_ksm).bak".

Q. A game motion is very slowly.

A1. Please reduce the screen size or change the resolution of your display to "800X600" or lower.

A2. Please lower the quality of image by the "Quality button" or flash player menu.

A game speed is dependent on your PC's performance, especially drawing ability. It recommends to use "Auto quality" that makes lower the quality automatically when in the heavy motion.

Q. I can see the something white objects in the screen vaguely. What are these?

A. Please change the color mode of your display true color(32bit) or higher.

Those are originally invisible objects prepared for mouse operations, however visible vaguely in the high color(16bit) mode or lower.
This is a specification of "flash" and not inconvenient for playing, but it recommends to play in the true color(32bit)mode or higher.

Q. I can not hear any sounds.

A. Sorry, this game has no sounds originally.

Q. I can not strip her panty off!

A. Probably you play a trial version, please take a full version if you want to use all functions.
